I am feeling pretty good right now! I got on the Wii for 50 minutes! Pretty good for me since I have been healing. I started doing the free step with weights yesterday. The only thing I have to complain about with the Wii fit plus is that other than push ups and tricep presses, there are really no upper body exercises. So, I added 5 lb weights and did the free step alternating bicep curls, shoulder presses, and tricep exercises. It really wore me out! I feel like I got a better work out. Yesterday I was sore from doing the same thing on Saturday. My butt was working!!
Looking forward to getting past 1 hour again!
Hey Shelly, if you don't mind me asking, what are you having to heal from?
I sprained my ankles a couple of weeks ago…. both of them!
That sucks, but It sounds like your doing much better now, almost an hour at a time on the Wii, keep up the good work!

I downloaded Star Wars The Force Unleashed from http://www.games-iso.com last week and, even though its a”dusty” game, its the best XBOX 360 game in my opinion =)
